Melissa Toliver, P.E. Founder of SEE Design
Melissa Toliver is a licensed professional electrical engineer with over 15 years of design experience in education, aviation, healthcare, commercial, hospitality, water treatment facilities, offices, federal and mission critical. Melissa received her Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University. She then started her career in oil and gas, providing technical support for maintenance and reliability projects. It was then she discovered her interest in electrical design. She went on to work for the top 25 MEP design firms, which developed her effective design skills.
Her extensive skill set includes arc flash studies, short circuit coordination studies, heat calculations, power and lighting design, grounding and bonding design, load calculations and field assessments. Additionally, Melissa’s construction field experience has enabled her to effectively design and coordinate electrical projects with mechanical and plumbing engineers. Her invaluable leadership experience is demonstrated by her ability to oversee a MEP team and produce a complete set of construction drawings.
